Dick McWilliams
Awards/Honors:
Dick coached at Grandview Park Baptist for 23 years from 1977-2000. During his tenure, Dick compiled a 458-109-33 record. Dick led the Defenders to two state tournaments in 1994 and 1996, when Grandview finished runner-up. Dick was named the Senior All Star Coach in 1996. Dick also helped Grandview Park transition to joining the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union (IGHSAU). Dick served the sport of volleyball by serving on the All State selection committee for 4 years. He received his CAP I and II endorsement from the USA Volleyball Association. Dick was fortunate to be able to coach his two daughters. One of his daughters, Jill is an inductee to the Iowa High School Volleyball Player Hall of Fame. Dick currently is the Superintendent of Grandview Park Baptist School. He lives in Des Moines with his wife, Nita. They have 3 children, Jill, Richey and Michelle. Dick and Nita also have 6 grandchildren.

Rosellen Elvidge
Awards/Honors:
Rose coached at Kennedy from 1981-1998. During her tenure, she compiled a 386-236-95 record. She led the Cougars to 5 state tournament appearances, including 2 semi-finals in 1985 and 1989. Rose was named Mississippi Valley Conference Coach of the Year in 1990 and 1996. Rose was also named Cedar Rapids Metro Coach of the Year four times. Rose, in addition to volleyball, started the girls Track and Field and Cross Country programs at CR Kennedy. She was the assistant gymnastics coach and ran an intramural co-ed volleyball program. She also has the distinct honor of being named the KGAN Athlete of the Week as a coach. Rose is retired and lives in Cedar Rapids. She is married to Greg and has two sons, Brandon and Todd. Rose also has two grandchildren.

Teresa Kehe
Awards/Honors:
Teresa Kehe started the volleyball program at Tripoli. During her 22 years at Tripoli, she compiled a 579-140-37 record. She led the Panthers to 8 state tournaments, playing in the state finals every year. She won 6 state championships, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004 and 2005. She also was awarded 6 State Coach of the Year and 7 District Coach of the Year honors. She coached the Senior All Stars in 1999 and coached and Iowa Select team in 2003. Teresa served the sport of volleyball by serving on the IGCA All-District Committee, The IGCA All-State Selection Committee and IGCA All Star Nomination Committee. She helped with Central College volleyball individual camps and served on the IAPHERD coach's panel in 2002. She was a finalist for the National Coach of the Year in 2003 and 2006. Teresa is currently the Head Coach at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. She has 2 sons, Adam and Chris.
